    Rick Garcia - Broker / OwnerBroker and co-founder of The Propertymax Management Group, Rick Garcia brings over 10 years of technology and communications management to our company. With his direction, not only do our systems allow owners to be paid promptly, each and every month, but also allows owners to be on top of all their property needs, with always present online communication between tenants, management company, and property owners.

    Mr. Garcia received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Information Decisions Systems from San Diego State University, and MBA, e-Business, from National University. Rick is an associate broker with Mortgage Firm, Coastal County Financial.

    Jerry - Broker/ Owner

    Serving as our finance and legal executive, co-founder, Jerry reviews your finances and prepares a monthly report including your financial statement, correspondence received / sent, and an action list containing any upcoming or unresolved matters that require your attention. Jerry has been involved with the real estate industry since 1999 and the property management industry since 2003, managing various types of properties from single units up to 240 units and homeowners associations up to 14,000 units. Seeing a niche in the market to offer superior service to owners and investors.

    Jerry received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from Cal Poly Pomona and has worked for the California Department of Real Estate in License Auditing.

    Mike Gibson - Owner / Chief Operating Officer

    As our Chief Operating Officer, Mike Gibson manages all associate property managers and communications for all of our clients. As a local business owner, Mr. Gibson brings his keen sense for numbers and business management. Along with his wife, Arleen Gibson, DDS., Mr. Gibson owns Village Family Dentistry.
