We will contact you by phone (or e-mail) before we contact your client. You will also receive e-mail updates when we have contacted the client, signed a management agreement, and a tenant. A referral commission will be sent to you when we receive the tenant deposit and first months rent (due before move-in). The referral commission is equal to One months management fee. PropertyMax also Guarantees that any referred client properties that are to be sold, once PropertyMax management services are terminated, are referred back to the original agent/brokerage for real estate sales transaction. For each referred client, a signed referral agreement stating the referring agent name, owner of rental property, property address, referral fee policy, and referral guarantee will be faxed to the referring agent/brokerage.
